Stephanie Landry

Conference Chair
Stephanie is the Conference Chair for the People Analytics Conference, and is on the board of Wharton's Data & Analytics Club. Her passions are for using data to better understand how the world works, and for using innovative technology to reduce the "can't" in our lives. Prior to Wharton, Stephanie spent two years on Citadel's Global Equities trading desk, followed by two-and-a-half years on Bridgewater's Fixed Income desk, and she is currently pursuing a career in the technology space after spending her summer at Apple. Stephanie received her B.S. in Finance and Economics from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Lisa Donchak

Student Founder and Chief Evangelist
Lisa is a tech geek, photographer, ultramarathon runner, and aspirational programmer. She most recently worked at Google and Hewlett Packard, and she is passionate about game theory, behavioral economics, and, of course, people analytics.

Andreas Shepard

Andreas Shepard

VP, Strategic Partnerships
Andreas is a first year Wharton MBA student and a VP of Strategic Partnerships. Prior to Wharton, he worked as a Consultant with Bain & Company. Andreas is also passionate about people analytics outside traditional business contexts, having published original statistical research on professional football and basketball on several of the leading sports statistics websites.

Vijay Singh

Vijay Singh

VP, Strategic Partnerships
Vijay is a first-year Wharton MBA student studying health care management. Prior to Wharton, Vijay worked for a health care private equity firm, where he advised portfolio companies. Prior to that, he worked at Bridgewater Associates, and has also served as the Chief Technology Officer for a health care services start-up.

Vijay graduated from Duke University with a B.S. in Computer Science, and is originally from New Zealand.

Dayo is a first year Wharton MBA Student. Prior to Wharton, Dayo worked as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture in Washington D.C. where he focused on operations and organization transformation projects for large public and private sector clients. Dayo graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in International Comparative Studies with a Certificate in Markets and Management Studies.

Rachel Krall

Case Competition Lead / VP, Marketing & Communications
Rachel is a second-year MBA student at Wharton, serving as Lead of the annual People Analytics Case competition and VP of Marketing & Communications. Before school she worked at Nielsen providing market research and data analysis for key clients in industries ranging from biotechnology to mobile telecommunications. This past summer Rachel worked at LinkedIn and plans on returning there after graduation as a Manager of Sales Operations. At school, her titles include Wharton Customer Analytics Initiative Fellow and Academic Fellow. 

Ami Patel

Ami Patel

VP, Marketing & Communications
Ami is a first-year MBA at Wharton, serving as a VP of Marketing & Communications. Prior to Wharton, Ami worked as the Director of School Systems Leadership at Teach For America, where she helped build and refine leadership development pipelines for leaders in education. Prior to this role, Ami spent four years at a charter elementary school in Brooklyn, as a founding teacher and then a dean. This is where -- after seeing too many talented teachers and leaders leave the space -- she first realized the key impact of and need for strong talent strategy (and analytics to drive it). Ami recieved her B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from The University of Pennsylvania.

Aakash Gupta

Co-Director, Research Paper Competition
Aakash is a first year MBA candidate at The Wharton School. Prior to Wharton, Aakash worked in Management Consulting (with the Boston Consulting Group, focused on financial services), Venture Capital (with Sequoia Capital, focused on consumer and retail spaces), and Education (Start-up focused on affordable education).

He received a Bachelor in Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He loves hiking, mountaineering, and motorcycling.

Mridul Ganesh

Mridul Ganesh

Co-Director, Research Paper Competition
Mridul is a first year MBA candidate, and is part of the healthcare management major at Wharton. Prior to Wharton, Mridul worked with McKinsey as a generalist consultant, after which he worked for a hospital services startup, helping build a data analytics driven consulting business for small community hospitals in the US.

He recieved a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Dan Ingram

Dan Ingram

VP, Operations
Dan is a first-year Wharton MBA student. Prior to Wharton, Dan was a Consultant in Deloitte's Strategy & Operations practice, where he worked on projects including a workforce transformation assessment of nearly 20,000 Federal employees, and coordinated logistics for Deloitte's annual IMPACT Day. Dan graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science.

Janet Yen

Janet Yen

VP, Operations
Janet is a first-year MBA student at the Wharton School majoring in Entrepreneurial Management. Prior to Wharton, Janet worked in the the Finance group at Quantcast in Silicon Valley, where she partnered with the sales team to drive growth for the topline and with the operations team to drive efficiency. Before Quantcast, Janet was an investment banker in Deutsche Bank’s Healthcare Group in New York. At Deutsche Bank, Janet advised pharma, devices and providers on a variety of strategic advisory assignments, financing, and M&A transactions. Janet received a B.S. in Economics and Psychology from Smith College.

Lena Antin

VP, Case Competition and MUSE Relationship Lead
Lena is a second-year undergraduate student at Wharton, supporting this year's case competition. She currently serves on the MUSE executive board as VP of Social Impact, among other positions such as a former chair of Wharton's annual MARC Conference and business manager for Penn Appetite Magazine. She is pursuing a B.S. with concentrations in Marketing and Finance and a minor in Hispanic Studies.

Mike is a first-year MBA student at the Wharton School and co-president of the Wharton Data & Analytics Club in addition to managing the PAC technology platform. Striving to make the transformative power of technology and analytics more accessible to wider audiences, he has discovered a passion for understanding how information flows through organizations and communities. Mike earned his B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University and previously worked for six years as a quantitative credit strategist at Citigroup. His free-time go-tos include cross-country road trips, board & sim games, hockey statistics, and watching Top Gear.

Ilya is a web developer, photographer and guitarist. Prior to Wharton, Ilya spent several years at DHL Express in Asia, Middle East and Europe leading multinational change programs in operations, information technology and business intelligence areas.

Adam Grant

Faculty Advisor
Adam Grant is Wharton's youngest full professor and top-rated teacher. He has been recognized as one of BusinessWeek’s favorite professors, one of the world's 40 best business professors under 40, and one of Malcolm Gladwell's favorite social science writers. Adam received his B.A. from Harvard University and his Ph.D. in organizational psychology from the University of Michigan, and he is a former record-setting advertising director, junior Olympic springboard diver, and professional magician.

Cade Massey

Cade Massey

Faculty Advisor
Cade Massey is a Professor of the Practice at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He completed his doctoral work at the University of Chicago and taught at Duke University and Yale University before moving to Penn. Massey’s research focuses on judgment under uncertainty – how, and how well, we predict what will happen in the future. Massey is from San Angelo, Texas, and attended the University of Texas as an undergraduate. He now lives in Center City Philadelphia.
